Worst experience ever! My family and I just literally walked away from that place. We left literally astonished. I wouldn’t even give a star. Once we walked in . the short-blond-hair waitress welcomed us with a very bored face , I didn’t really mind.. everybody can have a bad day! She wasn’t very happy to explain us the menu and she looked it didn’t really care. But again, we were in a very good mood and wouldn’t feel bothered from a rude waitress. She served us food. The worst ever in koln. But again we weren’t expecting the best food ever. Once she gave us the bill, she told us the amount was higher because of some extras (not reported in the bill) and by giving the change back she decided to keep some of the rest for her as “tip”. We said that should have been our decision wether leave tips or not but she said that it was a must , as a form of respect. Of course we replied that the respect is leaving the people free to leave THEIR OWN MONEY as tips. Now I have been managing many restaurants in London and if my waitress would have addressed to customer with certain sentences and way.... well... Houston here we have a huge problem! As I can see we weren’t the only one having such as experience. That was really pathetic. No Mánager came to us. I would wonder what kind of owner would let run their own shop in that way.

As is known in the southern climes, the employees (alternately) stand in front of the entrance (even in cold weather) to draw attention to the rather unassuming restaurant. Inside there is a cozy atmosphere with a bar. There is also a floor with a spiral staircase that can be opened if necessary. There was no reason to complain about the food and drinks served, the waiting time or the attentiveness of the waitress. So everything was fine.

My partner and I had dinner there last night. He asked for the ticket because they charged us four times the price of the letter. You can not pay by card and accompanied to a cashier. I was in the bathroom and when I left my coat and the rest of the things had disappeared and we were the only customers there. My partner demanded the ticket, I my stuff. They kicked us out of there and once in the street, 2 men beat my boyfriend and 3 hit me. I just filed the complaint. Hopefully they close that den of criminals. Ah! The food there is nasty.

If you can eat normally and are satisfied with standard food for a lot of money, you can eat well here. But if you are struggling with intolerance, you should urgently ask several times whether food is possible there. Service staff nice

Tourist trap. Food bad and very overpriced. We were there with 6 people. Forget my food. For the others, the pizza was cold, only minimally topped with canned vegetables. No taste. InfernoPizza without spices. Lasagna not edible. Fish seared to death. Only bad.

Food was average, service was pathetic, the waitress(short hair blonde) was very rude, unwelcoming, made us feel very uncomfortable, she seemed quite angry while serving the food/ taking the order which clearly shows lack of manners/ unprofessionalism and took extra money as tip without even being offered, All in all, a complete disaster and service like that would make this place go down the drain, you've lost a customer.

This place its absolutely appalling will never eat here again and wouldn't recommend it to anybody. I wouldn't let my dog eat here! Staff absolutely ignorant. Food was disgusting

i don't understand how this place could get an average of 4-star rating. Pasta was over-cooked, sauce tasted like something out of can (sour and sweet?!), pizza was just too salty, and their tiramisu was shockingly bad. I mean, how do you mess up tiramisu? Probably the worst food I ever had in Cologne.

The ambience is pretty good. But the cocktails are the worst I've had in Germany yet. They taste alright, but I think they forgot to include alcohol in it.

So. Appetizer: 4 rolls dry. The salad is absolutely careless. And it tasted that way too. Then the pizza. Sorry - for 11.90 a medium salami pizza .. I have eaten in many places better pizzas. Little taste. The coronation. Is the fish plate. 27,90 € which is smaller than many a dish somewhere. Absolute no - go. Price performance is not given. Supplement: the bill 2 € to calculate for herbal butter is ALSO Bold. Owner: Chia Abdulwafa Kadir For me that looks a little like Italy.

Very good restaurant, very good staff

Is this a 5 star restaurant? No. Does it deserve a 5 star rating on Google maps? Yes! I went here wanting pizza, it turned out to be delicious. I had some spaghetti as well which was also nice. More than just the standard Kolsch available for beer, lots of food items, actual Italian quality for food. Staff were nice, service was fast and prices were reasonable. Would go back.

The food was fabulously delicious and fresh and for the tiramisu I could melt there the kelner was incredibly friendly and you could see that he loves his work I was with my friend here and we will be back tomorrow and who we are against in Cologne we know where we eat gehen?

Very average food. Friendly staff and good location however we thought the food (pasta dishes) let it down.

I put it on Sunday's lunch without reservation. It is a restaurant with counter and terrace seating. Waiter's uncle is gentle and understands even if you do not understand English. It is a gray old man. Pizza is big and it is the size that one woman will be hungry. The fabric is slightly thick. It was delicious.

The restaurant made us its fans with the daily offer - rump steak with baked potato and salad for 12.90 euros. For the price, in the middle of Cologne's old town, we didn't expect anything special. The steak was still well done, juicy and tender. Despite the full house, the service was nice and the food was served relatively quickly. The only negative point - outside on the terrace it is a bit tight.

The location in the 2nd row of the Rhine is of course great and the rents seem to ensure that tourism is more prevalent here. But the voucher book usually does the rest to bring such prices into tolerable regions ... but not here. First of all, the positive: the waiters are amusing and in a good mood, otherwise pulling people into the restaurant would not work either. The prices of the daily offers are also okay, the card looks ok in terms of price. What you get then is unfortunately underground. The starter plate, see picture 1, comes with ham and salami from the normal discounter bulk pack, and the rest do not give the impression of great craftsmanship. However, the fish grill plate tops it off with almost 30 euros. The salmon can be seen as an example in picture 2. According to the waiter, they are fried on the grill, but even the layperson realizes that this is not grilled salmon. Completely dry ... Believing in a slip and out of interest we ordered a second plate ... same result and exactly. So it doesn't seem to have been a coincidence. All in all 1/2 star for the waiters, 1/2 for the location and unfortunately 0 stars for the rest. In fairness it should be mentioned that after the feedback Ramazzotti was still offered on the house. Tip: If you come with a voucher book, clarify exactly what will be charged for your order, because the definition of main course is not binding here.

Very nice vegetarian pizza, finger licking good,very good waiters. Must try when visiting cologne. Pizza as low as 7 euros. Best price performance.
